Welcome to the 2024-2025 ChessKid group buy in

Membership purchased will expire the end of April 2025 (The day can vary and may even be the start of May)

Full year memberships start at $20 are available to be purchased starting in April. If you are purchasing after April 2024, you are purchasing a prorated memberships. These memberships reduce in price by $1 each month starting in June and they will expire along with the group the end of April 2025.

Each membership can be applied to one child account and you will receive a FREE parent account gold as well! If you have multiple children that you would like to be able to play at the same time please make sure to purchase one membership per child.

If you are renewing a purchase with me, you will not need to link your child again but please fill out a new google form so I can make sure everything is correct and your parent accounts have their memberships.

I normally have memberships activate within 72 business hours of the completion of the google form and child being properly linked to our group. If I am waiting on our rep to apply more memberships to our group, it can take longer! If you would like to check on if I have memberships ready to apply or if I am waiting on the rep, you can always reach out and ask!

I have created a facebook group for this buy in, you do not have to join but it is a good place to ask questions or talk with other within our group!

The free parent accounts are only to be used for parents/adults. If you have multiple children but only one parent, please ONLY claim on parent account (or it can be a grandparent/family member/adult). These free parent accounts are not to be used as free account for a child to use! If it is discovered that a free parent account was purchased with the intend to use it as a free child account, you will be banned from purchasing this program in the future. (If you are purchasing multiple child memberships and will need both parent accounts, you would need to have a separate parent account with a different email address). Please make sure that you are not using two email addresses that are the same person.

*If you have a current membership, this would replace it, not extend it. All memberships for the group buy in will start and end together. I can add new memberships throughout the year (at a prorated cost) so please let me know when your current membership expires and we can get it figured out!

For this buy in, you will need to have a child account (and a parent account if you want the free parent membership and to track your child's progress). If you have already created your accounts, you will be able to use them to register with our group. I will provide a code for you to use. If you do not have any accounts yet, you will be able to create them after you purchase using the link I will be sending. You MUST use the link/code in the email that I will send right after you purchase to connect to our Chesskid group. If you do not connect your children's accounts, I can not apply the memberships! You will only connect your child's account and an invite will be sent for the parent membership, the parent accounts have to be added manually. I will do that after I close the buy in.

Right after you purchase, you are going to see 2 PDFs. For most people, they will not open properly when you are on my website BUT they are going to be emailed to you. The first one is the link to register and the second will have a link to a google form that need to be filled out AFTER you have created your accounts. These two steps are very important and not completing them may result in a loss of your memberships.
